Opis
Add a slider in the effect tooltip ui, to prevent the UI height from exceeding the screen.

what do i have to do in order to get a vertical slider added to the hell forge screen for chaos dwarves? ill do it i swear. i cant up the unit cap for tanks and artillery cuz i cant scroll down to click it.

Would you be willing to add building descriptions to your amazing mod? Many of them get cut off when you have mods that add landmarks/units

Seconding the building description request by @TB96k. Some mods add so much flavor text to their buildings that the effects don't fit in the screen.

If you could apply this to the building description UI, that mod would be a godsend. It would be essential for mods that bloat the unit roster.

Could you possibly apply this to the diplomacy status UI as well? When enough different negatives and positives get added up, I can't see all of them.
