Wall Drug (World Wonder)

NOTE: This Mod is still a work in progress! I will be making updates and fixes as I am able to. Feel free to leave a comment with any feedback or bugs :)

Anyone who has taken a drive through South Dakota probably knows about Wall Drug. They display billboards all across I-90 (even some over 300 miles away!) to advertise this General Store just outside of Badlands National Park. Many of these signs mention the fresh donuts and free Ice Water that can be found in this remote location of the mid-west. This mod intends to bring the spirit of Wall Drug into Civilization VI.


GAMEPLAY EFFECT

Unique Wonder unlocked with Printing, Wall Drug:
* + 2 Gold
* + 4 Culture
* Provides 3 copies of a unique luxury resource Ice Water that is only obtainable through this wonder. This resource can be traded with other players (and AI).
* Unlocks a unique Road Sign improvement for builders.
* + 2 Additional Gold for every Road Sign on the map (Regardless of tile owner)
* Must be built on a non-hill tile

Unique Improvement unlocked with Wall Drug, Road Sign:
* + 1 Culture
* + 1 Culture for each Adjacent Road Sign
* Tourism equal to Culture when Flight is Unlocked
* Can be built on Unowned tiles
* Can be built on tiles owned by any player as long as you have open borders
* - 1 Appeal to Adjacent tiles if built directly in a city not owned by you
* Tile yields are granted to the tile owner
* Must be built on a tile containing a road
