INFORMATION


Changes the reload animations of some weapons in FWA.

CURRENTLY CHANGED WEAPONS

  • M16A2/M203/Carbine/Commando
  • M14 Platform
  • M1911
  • AR18 Family
  • M16A1/M203/Captured
  • M1 Carbine Family


Q & A

  • Q - Will there be an RHS or X version of this mod in the future.
  • A - I don't know, most of these mods I make based on what i am enjoying at the time or what I am feeling up to do. if I don't want to do it, then it won't be done.

  • Q - Is this it possible to make a vanilla version?
  • A - No, the config/code for vanilla weapons are packed into EBO's rather then PBO's. TLDR, can't open up EBO's to change things.

  • Q - Will X weapon get done?
  • A - Possibly, I am not an animator. I have a pool of animations I have taken from different resources, therefor I have a finite amount of animations to use that fit.

  • Q - Is there a time frame for updates/can we expect updates in the future?
  • A - Probably, as I stated before I work based on what I want to do. Along with that, life happens. I don't always have the time or energy to work on these mods.


KNOWN BUGS

  • Reloads aren't completely synced to the mag/weapon. Not going to get fixed as it would require editing more of the FWA config and making some edits to the animations themselves.

The AR reload animation contained in this mod is under APL-ND License, you may not republish or repack it in any way, per the creators request.


More weapons will get new animations EventuallyTM


Keys are in a separate folder. Might eventually make the mod a complete standalone, no NMG requirements. But for now I am too lazy.

@Xmel at some point, right now it's on hold because i have joined some other mod teams and that will be taking up my time along with other personal projects. So no ETA other than eventually.

Can we Please at some point down the road get a Garand reload? It's so goofy watching a soldier put a non-existant mag into the M1. Take your time but it would be very appreciated:)

Hello. Can you add an option to disable "wrapped ammo" for machine guns? It looks good, but prevents use of their iron sights.

@DJ Baby Bok Choy not at the moment but possibly in the future. Bolt actions are most likely require more work then the others.
