"Join @KriiOzz and me in our first look at Helldivers 2! I wanted to make this moment as memorable as possible and have fun testing my limits in Adobe Premiere Pro, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!

All my Premiere skills are self-taught, but I do have a very basic background with Photoshop, After Effects, and similar programs from my schooling. I'm just trying to have fun and get better at editing, and I figure I may as well release these videos so people can see the progression I intend to make and use that as inspiration for their own goals! This project is not perfect by any means, but I forced myself to stop fixing flaws and making additions after I started losing count of the time I'd spent on it after 60 hours. People don't realize how much can go into making one video. I spent that time editing and trimming this 45-minute mission down to a more digestible video. I spent time digging online for Helldivers assets, sound FX, and video references. I took the time to read books and watch videos online to learn the skills that my vision for this project required. I spent time recording and editing audio, as well as editing my own Helldivers PNG assets, when I couldn't find what I wanted online. I spent the time color-coding and fixing some of the assets, and I did the same for the video in spots where I deemed it necessary. I lost a significant portion of my progress due to a simple user error and had to completely rebuild it. I didn't like the way it turned out the second time around at all. I instead learned how to fix my mistakes. After learning a few new tricks, my previous work was accessible once again. (To clarify, I renamed files without thinking about the project, and simply rerouting the application to the right file was not enough to remedy the problem in my case, resulting in the infamous "Media Offline" screen resting in place of my animations.) I spent time editing some of these scenes, frame by frame. I edited some of the assets pixel by pixel. I had to re-watch segments of the video countless times to look for any mistakes I may have made. After I uploaded the video, I realized that I had missed a few things. In the end, I absolutely love the video, and even though I do see a few flaws with it myself, I absolutely love the way it turned out and wouldn't have it any other way.

If you are a fellow content creator reading this, you need to know that mistakes and errors are normal. Not every video can be completely perfect. Explore your creativity, learn to try new things, and know that it is okay if it doesn't turn out to be perfect. To quote the late Bob Ross: "It's the imperfections that make something beautiful; that's what makes it different and unique from everything else." As always, I encourage all my viewers to chase their own dreams! If you want to do something in life, do it! Don't ever let anyone stop you from pursuing something you want to do in life. Don't ever listen to someone who tells you that you cannot or will not be good at something you enjoy doing. And above all else, know that you are loved and that you are more than enough. Always believe in yourself.

This video has been a big milestone for me as far as my personal accomplishments go. I am completely happy with the end result of this video and will cherish this memory for a long time. I learned a lot making this video, and I hope to top this video with the next one! If you are interested in any of the websites or third-party applications I used to make this video, I will list the ones I legally can below!

I mostly used Play Phrase & Yarn to find footage. Find those here:

Utilize YouTube ripping tools for scenes and sound effects on YT. Make similar apps with ChatGPT's help if needed. Use OBS to capture bits from full movies if quotes on platforms like Play Phrase or Yarn are cut short. Find these places or create these apps yourself.
