This is where things get complicated

This config can get you banned so do it with your own risk
( i am using this config for almost 3 years )

First of all you need a hud for this if you dont have a hud go download from http://tf2huds.dev

Go to your huds folder and find HudAnimations_TF.txt
{some huds have complicated scripts so if you dont have any folder named HudAnimations_TF.txt Then create one in script folder}

Copy paste this all the way down

Animate HudScope Position "9999 9999" Linear 0.0 0.0
}
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then press ctrl+f and search DamagedPlayer, if you have one copy paste it like the below, if it doesnt exit just copy paste it all the way down

RunEvent ScopeRemoval 0.0
}

For the final part you need to go autoexec.cfg and copy paste below
{if you dont have autoexec.cfg create one}
Path C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg\autoexec.cfg
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
alias remove_scope "sv_cheats 1; testhudanim scoperemoval"
remove_scope
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Add -autoexec at launch options and you are done
