You must complete the final boss with NO shells in your collection except the default "Home" shell.

Skips are required due to three problem areas:

• Slacktide needs you to put on a shell to enter.
  
• The Moon Caves' entrance needs you to put on a shell in order to beat the umami crab.
  
• Flotsam Vale requires putting on metal shells to progress in certain locations.

There is no known way right now to get past these areas without using skips. If you are aware of a way, please leave a comment :>

Accidentally picking up a shell is inevitable. Back up your save often unless you want to restart the run completely. I made myself a save backup tool[github.com] specifically for situations like this, but you can use whatever method you like.

The only missable to my knowledge is the Nephro fight, because he only fights non-naked people.

Nobody's making you do this :P

There are two key movement tricks that you must know how to do in order to perform the skips.

To do this, jump at the right time during the charged attack animation. It is pretty precise timing, so feel free to practice before trying this during skips.

The second is much harder: Uppies.
Find a specific kind of ramp, walk slowly until you find the right spot, then spam jump.
You can tell when Uppies has "activated" because Kril didn't subtly slide to his position like normal, he "teleported" upwards instead.
This is very hard to get the hang of. You will almost certainly need to spend time practicing. If you are struggling, I recommend referring to another Uppies guide.

1. 0:05 - Jump on the edges of the wall over to the side of the castle.
That's pretty much it, just make your way into the castle from there.

Otherwise, you will be unable to pick up the grapple for the rest of the playthrough.
1. 0:04 - Uppies off of the glasses as shown in the video.
2. 0:17 - Land on the pipe.
3. 0:26 - CAL off of the pipe onto the hill in front of you. There is an invisible wall covering the left side of the cliff, so aim for the right side.
4. 0:29 - Load in the moon caves by standing on the edge of the left side.
5. 0:35 - CAL onto the cliff in front of you.
6. 0:37 - Fall onto the lower cliff while staying as close as possible to the cliff you are currently on. If you go too far you will become stuck and have to retry.
7. 0:45 - Try to shimmy through the wall. Just spam jump, attack, anything to shimmy yourself forward.
8. 0:58 - Get to the boss or skip it for a checkpoint.

1. 0:00 - Go to Upper Swamp, past the crabs and up to the crane.
2. 0:11 - Grapple onto the net and climb on top of it.
3. 0:15 - Get on top of the crane.
4. 0:20 - CAL off of the crane onto the rocks in front of you.
5. 0:28 - There's an invisible floor here. Get to a comfortable position and CAL onto the rock to the south.
6. 0:35 - CAL again onto the far southern rock.
7. 0:42 - You can get to the top with a well-timed CAL, but if you slide down you can CAL again to get on top.
8. 0:48 - Get onto the trash pile.
9. 0:55 - CAL onto the side of the building and jump down where the Moon Snail Shell is.
10. 1:20 - Uppies off of this staircase.
11. 1:43 - Grapple onto the net to the northeast.
12. 2:18 - CAL over to Voltai's arena. Requires good timing. If you mess up and fall, quit to menu and reload to spawn you back where you last stood.
