Well, me too my friend! Lucky for you I just got the solution right here!

Make sure to set the in-game settings to your liking, because if you change your texture settings after doing this then you will have to redo the whole thing again.
1. If you are ready now navigate to local appdata "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local" and find GZW folder
2. Now open the folders until you find GameUserSettings "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\GZW\Saved\Config\WindowsClient"

3. Right click edit it with notepad and change sg.TextureQuality to 4 then save it

That's it hope it works for you, don't forget to share it to others the more people know the better :))
