Panthoen: Here Be Dragons

Panthoen When chosen receive a unique unit "Sky Dragon" in your capital. Sky Dragon Combat unit unique to the pantheon "Here Be Dragons". Has base Combat Strength equal to the strongest unit your cities have produced. Ignores additional Movement costs from embarking and disembarking, and able to move and fight in water. Combat victories provide Faith equal to 100% of that unit's base Combat Strength (on Standard Speed), and heal up to 30 hit points. When in a water tile or a tile adjacent to Coast, +5 Combat Strength and +2 Movement. Consumes 1 additional Food in the capital, but also provide +2 Faith for water territories within 1 tile. When killed, retreats with 1 HP to the Capital.
