Step 1: Disable TAA
First, disable TAA in Settings > Graphics > Anti-Aliasing > "OFF".

This will remove the blurriness, but will introduce another issue: jagged edges
We will fix this in the next step.


As you can see, the blurred edges (left) are replaced with jagged edges (right).


Step 2: Override AA using Nvidia Control Panel
Close DBD.
Open Nvidia Control Panel > "Manage 3D settings" > "Program Settings" > select the "deadbydaylight.exe" in the drop-down.

Change these values:
"Antialiasing - FXAA" = On
"Antialiasing - Mode" = Override any application setting
"Antialiasing - Setting" = 8x
"Antialiasing - Transparency" = 8x (supersample)


This will force your GPU to apply FXAA over the game, reducing the jaggedness.
Comparison
Left is original TAA. Right is FXAA override.



You'll see a much more noticeable difference in match, especially on grass/foliage. Far away objects will no longer be blurry, but also won't have any jagged "stepping".
These screenshots were taken in 1440p. Lower resolution monitors will benefit more.
