The requirements (i would recommend) are:

-Seamoth depth module Mk III As it is 800m deep.

-Seamoth sonar to spot any potential threats. and to see things 0oo0

-Reinforced dive suit (if the ghost leviathan wants to say hi)
-Rebreather for no oxygen downgrades

-Compass (but not really necessary)

1. To start, go on top of the coral tube sticking out, hop in your seamoth and head NW-ish

2. Once at the mushroom forest (NW) Look for the blood kelp zone (A little easy to miss but sonar will help)

okay now is the big deal,

1. At the entrance go foward until you see a massive hole. Be careful, as a Ghost Leviathan is somewhat close to this entrance

2. Once down, go to the LEFT side of the two tunnels, be cautious because yet another Ghost Leviathan is chilling there around the left-ish middle

3. If you kept to the left, you should see a green waterfall, head straight down

4. Once you see the Sea Dragon fossil, head to the right (the left is to the Disease Research Facility)

And boom you are there (hopefully)
