If you are frustrated because of static camera when you're driving a car, this Mod is for you.
Thanks to this mod you can freely move the camera in vehicles, like San Andreas or GTA4.

Instruction how to install Vehicle Camera Movement on Steam version:
1. Install CLEO library (http://www.gta-mods.pl/public/files/CLEO_GTA3_setup.exe). Remember to change install path! CLEO folder should be created in main GTA folder (...\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto 3)
2. Paste VehCameraMovement.cs and 60iiiframelimiter.cs to CLEO folder (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=21905)
3. Downgrade GTA3 version to 1.0 (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13992625/gta/GTA_downgrader.zip), better copy original gta3.exe // Maybe in Vice City this point is not required, I have tested it only in GTA3.

Freecam is available in third camera mode.
