• Go up the ladder.
  
• Walk on the pipes.
  
• Jump across the ledge so that you land on the big pipe in front of you.

I know, you saw a health charger and decided you will recharge yourself, and then forgot what you were supposed to do because you were too happy seeing your full health. Either that or you're a moron thinking the game is hand-holding you by only putting health chargers in your way to help you know where to go.
