Dota 2 But Kills Makes The Game Faster

When a hero dies, the game speed increases. Each death increases the speed by a default, can be changed in the game setup.

There 2 speed factors: Server and Modifier

SERVER: Increases the server's clock speed. This has a better result but can start to lag after 300% speed increase.

MODIFIER: All heroes, creeps and building have a modifier that decrease cooldowns and cast time, increase status resistance, movement speed, attack speed and hp/mana regen. This modifier will also decrease some abiliity values in order to prevent heroes from becoming immortal or unplayable.
