Better Tree Pine Cards

Beskrivning
This upscales the default tree pine card texture. While so far I know for a fact it can be seen in Dead Getaway and Deadbeat Escape, there are many others that use this texture too. This version uses Fraser firs and Douglas firs as they resemble the original trees much more closely. This has been in use on my Left 4 Dead since last year, but I decided to upload today.

@ARCshot the hud is the horizontal EKG hud, it's the portraits that are private, I put the survivors through TOPAZ face recovery, the only reason I haven't uploaded it is because I haven't been able to do an acceptable Zoey portrait
