How to get the achievement easily
On your file browser (windows) go to the following location:
C:\Users\[User]\AppData\LocalLow\DAVII PROJECTS\Outpath
For the App Data you will need to show hidden files

This folder contains all the save files of your Outpath game

You will need to find your most recent save, if you are in save file 1, your most recent save will be called: SaveFile1.es3. If you saved in save file 2, it should be called SaveFile2.es3 and so on. Open this file in notepad.

This file contains ALL of the save data for your game, so you can edit whatever you like. For the credits find "PlayerGarden.instance.credits" and change the "value" to the desired value. Personally I changed it to 2147483646 so when i started the game up it would give me the last credit.

Notepad doesent work for me so i tried word from microsoft and that worked but it said it was locked i think they patched this

Just cheat it in with achievement manager at this point lol
