This guide will show you one possible way to get all achievements without starting a "new game" or using foreign savegames!



It's not hard to 100% this game, but you have to be careful with the progress-related achievements. Though the description says "Finish the game with more than xx% completion", those achievements won't unlock retroactively!

For example: If you finish the game with 67% completion you will get the achievement for 65%, but NOT for 25%, 35%, 45% and 55%.

To avoid such a situation, you'll have to check your current progress from time to time. Unfortunately this is only possible after finishing the game and watching the credits, so be prepared to finish the game at least 7 times.. but rather 15-20 times.

You'll have to finish the game with the following completion rates to unlock the respective achievements:


For this reason, It's important that you read this guide carefully (or at least, get the idea behind it).



Snapshot has 4 chapters -> each chapter has 9 levels -> each level has 3 parts.

There are some optional achievements that are not related to your progress, but you should get them as soon as possible, so you can focus on the other achievements. I recommend using the following levels, because you can easily practice and get the achievements there:

Up and Up
Double jump off of a spring in mid air


Sky's the Limit
Triple jump off of a spring in mid air



Chapter 1, Level 5 (Bouncing Away), Part 2




Woosh
Capture a very fast moving object



Chapter 2, Level 4 (Creepy Crawler), Part 1




Need For Speed
Move PIC at very high rate of speed



Chapter 3, Level 7 (Gale Force), Part 2

If you follow the guide, you won't enter level 7 in your first playthrough, but you might be able to get the achievement by falling down from a certain height in any level.

To get the 25% achievement, you'll have to finish the game with 25-34% completion.

25% Complete
Finish the game with more than 25% completion

Reach the first lobby.


Unlock Chapter 2
Unlock the second chapter of the game.


Unlock Chapter 3
Unlock the third chapter of the game.

Unlock the ending of the game.



It's very important to do "as much as necessary, as little as possible", else you might miss the achievement by finishing the game with more than 34% completion! To accomplish this, mind the following points:

• only finish the first 5 levels of each chapter
  
• ignore most of the stars
  
• don't beat any par times
  
• don't collect any gallery items

Every time you complete a level (3 parts) and return to the lobby, more levels of the current chapter will unlock. Proceed to the next chapter (and the end!) as soon as it becomes available!

You shouldn't have any problems to complete the levels, since you only need to get to the exit without collecting anything. For this reason I won't add any guides at this point (if you really need one, you can find them below or in the overview).

Proceed through chapter 4 and keep moving to the right until you enter the last door. You finished the game for the first time now and should get the 25% achievement after the credits.

After you finished the game for the first time, you will restart at chapter 1. Dependent on the amount of collected stars, beaten par times and gallery items (both should be zero!) your completion rate should be around 30% now and you can go for the 35% achievement.

Unfortunately it's hard to say how your completion rate will change after each level, so remember to "finish" the game from time to time! After you finished the game for the first time, you can access the end from chapter 1. Just use the door on the left wall and jump down.

35% Complete
Finish the game with more than 35% completion



Additional achievements:

Levels Complete Chapter 1
Complete all of the levels in the first chapter



You should have completed the first 5 levels of each chapter during the first playthrough, so complete the remaining levels (still no stars, gallery items or par times yet!) of the first chapter and finish the game to check you completion rate. If you are still below 35%, continue with the remaining levels in chapter 2.

Your completion rate should now be around 40% and you can go for the 45% achievement.

45% Complete
Finish the game with more than 45% completion



Additional achievements:

Levels Complete Chapter 2
Complete all of the levels in the second chapter


Levels Complete Chapter 3
Complete all of the levels in the third chapter



Just keep on completing the remaining level of chapter 2 and 3 and finish the game before you proceed to chapter 4.

Your completion rate should now be around 50% and you can go for the 55% achievement.

55% Complete
Finish the game with more than 55% completion



Additional achievements:

Levels Complete Chapter 4
Complete all of the levels in the fourth chapter


Gotta Catch 'em All
Unlock your first Gallery Photo Medal


Bling Bling
Unlock your first Star Medal



Keep on completing the remaining levels of chapter 4 and finish the game to check your progress.

Most likely you won't get the achievement yet, so return to chapter 1 and start collecting the stars and gallery items. It's too hard to predict when you'll hit the 55% (each level can gain you between 0-2%), so remember to finish the game from time to time (e.g. after every second level).

Your completion rate should now be around 60% and you can go for the 65% achievement.

65% Complete
Finish the game with more than 65% completion

Chapter 1 All Star
Collect all the stars in the first chapter


Master Photographer Chapter 1
Collect all of the gallery items in the first chapter



Keep on collecting the remaining stars and gallery items of the first chapter and proceed to chapter 2. Once again, it's too hard to predict the current progress, so you'll have to finish the game after each 3-4 levels.

There are no more steps between 75% and 100%, so things are getting easy now.

Finish the game with more than 75% completion

Chapter 3 All Star
Collect all the stars in the third chapter

Collect all the stars in the fourth chapter

Collect all of the gallery items in the fourth chapter



Just keep on collecting ALL remaining stars and gallery items (chapter 2, 3 and 4!) and finish the game afterward. You should now get the 75% achievement.
