Tough Pirates (14_0, This Mod)

This mod may work without the above listed mods. I haven't tried it that way.

What This Mod Does:

1. Pirates are more active and numerous. The Pirates carry biological bombs, but seldem use them. The Pirate ships are stronger in hit-point defense and weapons. They have more space for weapons.

2. This mod will replace pirate blueprints of the mods before it. It will not affect initial pirate appearance/arrival times.

3. The pirate Frigates and Destroyers use a new short range rapid firing weapon. It's an improved version of the Energy Pellet Machine Gun seen in some of my other mod.
