10% Faster Leveling

This mod simply modifies the experience needed to level up in such a way that you will level 10% faster.
I tested this myself mid-playthrough to great effect (especially effective if using the 50% version of this mod).
Extensive testing required. Please let me know if there are any issues.

Compatibility: Modifies only the "exptable.2da" so it should work with just about every mod out there.
