Don't be afraid.
Here are some tips on how to not be afraid of phasmophobia:
1: GET SOME HOLY WATER. GET SOME HOLY WATER, AND SPRAY IT ON YOUR DESK. IT WILL KEEP YOU SAFE.
2: pray before playing.
3: don't be scared, its just a game.
4: go to the asylum map, and run into the middle of it without a flashlight. then talk to the ghost. and say "show yourself". it will make you less scared. trust me!

thanks it helped me so much i was so scared at the start but with this guide i overcome my fears and i can finally play this game without screaming so hard in my parents basement
