Ghouls prefer Twisted Meat, then human meat, then corpses, then regular meat. Distance to the food is still a factor.

+1 to the hunting question. Would be pretty cool to see my ghouls roam the wilds hunting their own food, although I guess that would require more intelligence than they're implied to have. Still, interesting suggestion.
