Step One
Go into console with F1 and type exactly, quit fpsrampoles.pgm
Your game may lag or even crash once, but if it crashes it will 50% work the next time you do it, go to step 2 if it isn't working.

Make sure you do this at your base, on a small server or looking up into the sky to increase your fps so you don't crash putting in the command. If you need any help please just leave a comment down below, thanks :)
