Step 1: Download the level that's in the Lobby a person made. For example: If someone had a lobby open for Envy, you need to install Envy yourself.

Step 2: Join the lobby with that person. It's normal for you to still be in the level you're in without anyone else there on this step.

Step 3: Go to the pause menu, and select Plugin Config.

Step 4: Go to Angry Level Loader, and select that level you downloaded that's in the other person's lobby.

Step 5: You should join shortly afterwards with the other players in that level.

Note: The current patch of the game broke jaket for the most part. Just wait until an update for it is released

Same happens to me. Usually people just don't click those buttons for some reason. It usually takes me at least 700 visitors for the stars to finally show up.
