Pokemon SV Raids with various pokemons abilities to look out for
By Un-Nownplayer
There are some raid pokemon that have passive damage boost from their abilities
Immunities, or other annoyances so it's hard to keep track of it all.
So I thought it might be beneficial to just list some of these for quick access

Overview
Note:
The list looks a little rough around the edges, but it is what it is for now.
As for pokemon that has (number) behind them it could mean the pokemon
only appears in a specific raid like 5 or 6 star,
if it's left blank they could appear in both OR
I havent gotten around to mark them yet, so do keep that in mind.
There are some exceptions:
example, Weak Armor - Ceruledge (6) while it can appear in both
at 6 star it will 100% have have weak armor ability so i have not figured
like a good way of going about the markings.
Because when it's all said and done going for 100% accuracy
was never my goal to begin with, I was mainly concerned
with knowing their potential forgettable abilities
so any feedback on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Annoyances:
Could range from contact procs, weather defensively related buffs or passive resistances

Immunities:
Because I always forget about these,
who hasn't brought a ground type to a levitate mon?

Threatening:
Pretty much passive damage boosts
Top priority Abilities to get rid of in 5-6 Raids.
Note:
Do yourself and the team a massive favor and just bring something that can use:
Astro Acid, Skill Swap, Worry Seed or anything in general that can neutralize these abilities.
By simply bringing one to any of these you take away a HUGE RNG factor
that's not in your control but can significantly make these tough pokemon feel like Pushovers.
And I think you'll find that your win rate will drastically increase as a result.

Ive teamed up with far to many that tries to buff up
against pokemon with Unaware, getting knocked out against
pokemon with Moxie to the point it just snowballs out of control
to an an inevitable raid wipe.

4 Raid Pokemon that can feel like a 7 Star Raid
Have you ever wondered how you can take a pokemons attack
just fine the first turn only to find out it demolishes you the next turn
and then checked its buffs and saw it was like absurdly buffed all of a sudden?
Yeah, these are the 4 pokemon that has access to a buffing move
as 1 of their 4 available move slots, so it can buff itself
on each of the 4 players turns if it so desires and be at +6 in 2 turns.
Luckily for us it's only 4 of these pokemon and they have a
fixed moveset so you can take note of it and plan accordingly.

4. (5 Star Only) Copperajah (Heavy Metal | Sheer Force)

Moveset:

Heavy Slam (Physical Stab Move)
Strenght (Normal)
Curse (+1 ATK, +1DEF, -1 SPEED)
High Horsepower (Physical Ground Coverage Move)

Since Copperajah is a 5 Star only it's the least scary of the bunch.
even more so if it happens to be a ghost type, since then curse will no
longer work as a buffing move and will instead work like a dotting move.
It can still pack a punch however if it happens to be a Steal type with Heavy Metal.

3. (6 Star Only) Dragonite (Inner Focus | Multiscale)

Moveset:

Dragon Rush (Physical Stab Move)
Extreme Speed (Normal Priority Move)
Dragon Dance (+1 ATK, +1SPEED)
Aqua Tail (Physical Water Coverage Move)

Dragonite is probably the weakest 6 Star Only since it has not much going for it.
It would probably rank a little bit higher if it had something else over Extreme Speed
since that move will be irrelevant after it reaches +6 speed anyway.
It's abilities are irrelevant but its powerful dragon move + aqua tail can still pack a punch.

2. (6 Star Only) Corviknight (Mirror Armor | Pressure | Unnerve)

Moveset:

Iron Head (Physical Stab Move)
Drill Peck (Physical Stab Move)
Body Press (Physical Fighting Coverage Move)
Hone Claws (+1 ATK, +1 ACCURACY)

Corviknight is a formidable foe with a decent moveset with the exception of Body Press.
While Fighting is a great coverage move it's being held back by the fact it get stronger
the higher the users Defense is, if it had Bulk Up instead of Hone Claws it would have been even more scarier, as for it's abilities then Unnerve is absolutely the weakest one.

1. (6 Star Only) Gardevoir (Synchronize | Telepathy | Trace)

Moveset:

Moonblast (Special Stab Move)
Psychic (Special Stab Move)
Calm Mind (+1 SP ATK, +1 SP DEF)
Thunder Wave (Crowd Control Move)

While Gardevoir lacks coverage move it can really mess you up with it's
Thunder Wave spammage so highly recommended to have Misty Terrain.
And between its Stab moves that can lower your SP DEF (Psychic)
and SP ATK (Moonblast) it can really put pressure on your team.
Telepathy being it's weakest ability that does nothing in raids
but i can see Synchronize being a problem or even Trace
if it copies a great ability from you or one of your teammates.

So the question now is, how do we counter these?
Pokemon that has Unaware abilities are an excellent option
since whenever the enemy buff themselfs, its like it never even happend.
So pokemon like Clefable, Dodonzo, Skeledirge & Quagsire are good picks
for when you are trying to solo these 5-6 star masked as a 7 star boss.
However that seems like it would take way to much of luck to get a
combination of those 4 pokemons on a full team in a random online matchup.
So what about a Malamar with Contrary ability and the move Skill Swap?
then when ever it buffs itself it will be reversed so effectively you deny
it from ever buffing again throughout the whole raid encounter.
Even when it wipes the debuffs it applied to itself the
fight should be significantly more straightforward from there.
