to start off, launch undertale by pressing the big green button saying "play" in the steam library,
now all you have to do is start a genocide run with the name "Joe" and then when you beat snas, you have to save and then reset, now you will be able to summon joe buden.

(make sure to wear the bandage and stick till the end of the playthrough)

start a neutral run, kill exactly 5 monsters in ruins, 3 monsters in snowdin, 10 monsters in hotland, and 5 monsters in core

now instead of seeing photoshop flowey you will be able to see joe biden
