The paleontologist, Deborah MacGuiness, asks you to find 30 dinosaur bones throughout the country and to mail their coordinates to her from any post office.

As you reach certain milestones in this activity, Deborah will provide Rewards: a Quartz Chunk for the first bone found, and a Skull Statue after 15.

When you complete the assignment and find all 30 Dinosaur Bones, Deborah will send you a letter. Collect it at a post office and read it to obtain an invitation to her ranch at Firwood Rise in Cumberland Forest. Travel there and enter the barn to meet her and receive your final reward: the Jawbone Knife.

1. Heartlands Oil Field Bone - At the bottom of the well under the oil derrick.
2. Heartlands Dewberry Creek Bone - West of Dewberry Creek, in the open.
3. Scarlett Meadows Dewberry Creek - South of Dewberry Creek, in the open.
4. Heartlands Grassy Hill Bone - On a grassy hill in the open.
5. Big Valley Rocky Slope Bone - On a rocky hill in the open.
6. Grizzlies Rock Wall Bone - At the base of the rock cliff.
7. Heartlands Cliff Face Bone - At the base of the rock cliff.
8. Heartlands Abandoned Shack Bone - On the ground, south of the cabin.
9. Cholla Springs High Desert Bone - Inside a small rock wall at the base of the hill.
10. Cholla Springs Jorge’s Gap - On a hill, southwest of Jorge’s Gap, in the bushes.
11. Hennigan’s Stead Pike’s Basin - On a plateau at the west of the canyon.
12. Hennigan’s Stead San Luis River - Above the river shore to the north of the small islet.
13. Cumberland Forest Six Point Overlook - At the top of the cliff. Just at the edge.
14. Grizzlies Calumet Ravine - In the red rocky outcrop, near the top of the hill.
15. Grizzlies Dakota River Ledge - On a small ledge below the top of the cliff.
16. Grizzlies Northern Boundary - On a grassy hill in the open.
17. Grizzlies OÇreagh’s Run Overlook - On the ridgeline, west of O'Creagh’s Run.
18. Ridge Overlook - On a rocky plateau south of the railway bridge.
19. Cumberland Forest Bacchus - Next to a stone spike at the top of the rock cliff southwest of the Bacchus Station.
20. Roanoke Ridge Valley Overlook - On the cliff that overlooks the path heading down toward the Brandywine Drop waterfall.
21. Roanoke Ridge Kamassa River - On the intermediate level of the cliffs on the west side of Kamassa River.
22. Roanoke Ridge Van Horn - A thick bone on the ground at the edge of the clearing.
23. Heartlands Northern Boundary - At the top of the cliff close to the edge.
24. Big Valley Beryl’s Dream Overlook - On rocky terrain, about halfway up Mount Shann, where the path winds in an approximate S shape.
25. Heartlands Southern Gorge - Follow the bed of the dried-up river next to the oil derrick. The bone is near the top of the hill.
26. Big Valley Northern Cave - Inside a cave at the bottom of Mount Hagen.
27. Rio Bravo Del Lobo Rock - On the small slope near the eastern top of Rio Del Lobo Rock.
28. Rio Bravo San Luis River - On the big rock plateau overlooking Fort Mercer.
29. Gaptooth Ridge North Tumbleweed - At the top of the cliff overlooking the canyon, on the east side.
30. Gaptooth Ridge South Tumbleweed - At the southeast edge of the plateau overlooking Tumbleweed.
