This one is map number 5. I wanted to make something a bit smaller, so this is just a basic office map with a little bit of chaos.

Features:
- All content packed in
- Semi-Realistic atmosphere
- Good for CQB (i think)
- 2 Floors
- Helicopter flyby
- Optimized
- Ai Nodes

If you experience weird flickering or something try disabling all of your addons except this one and see what happens. If you figure out what addon is causing it let me know.

if its not consistent idk its probably a file conflict from some other map or addon

Sometimes when loading saves of the map, "models/props/cs_office/light_insert2.mdl" goes missing and is replaced by a missing texture. This is prevalent throughout the map.

the side that uses the glass texture must be a 4 sided polygon, so a square or rectangle

Also, the brush has to be four sides, you can't have triangles or other n-gons be breakable

you have to make the glass 2 units thick or less and make sure all sides are textured with NODRAW except for one, which should be glasswindowbreak070a (or any other material that supports breakablesurf)

question, how did you make the glass in your map breakable_surf? i cant get it to work and i'd appreciate some advice to help me, thanks!
