First, you have to turn on sv_cheats 1, and then spawn the prop_physics_create version (prop_physics_create npcs/turret/turret_skeleton) and then use "ent_create npc_portal_turret_floor" to spawn a normal turret, then use "ent_fire !picker setmodel 4" while looking at the turret
should work, but if your pc crashes, thats on you
