Fixing the achievements that don't automatically register, requires you to literally 100% the game, then go back and revisit every level again. For some of the achievements, you might need to just spawn in the level, but I found the "gotta catch 'em all" achievement took opening the quests page and watching the game check off my tinykin count all over again.

Wish they'd fix this.
