Governor Ship Replacer

A simple gfx mod that swaps out the vanilla governor ships for the Federation with an Excelsior class and the Klingons with a K'Tinga class. These governor ships are still unarmed.

Inspired by the "Kronos One" in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Chancellor Gorkon flew around in a K'TInga, why wouldn't other Klingon Governors?

This mod should be compatible with most mods. The only conflict I see is if another mod edits the ufop_01 and klingon_01 entities and mesh files.
