The location is behind the nursery place where you respawn when you die.

Then behind the nursery are a bunch of rocks and things you can jump up on. You jump on these over the hedge.

Jump over the hedge onto the ledge below.
you want to line up with the second last grass point
you then slowly back up, and get your chin, and lower face prepared.
you back up until you slowly start falling and you move forward to catch yourself with your powerful mewing technique.

once in position of ledge mewing you'll see you're above this
you want to land yourself in that place to stop your mewing, and your ragdoll from falling over the ledge, if done properly you can get up, and freely move around but we are not done yet

This one could be the most challenging mew you will ever do, or the easiest if you are a pro.
you want to position yourself above the mew stopper as seen here.

you will then stand on the ledge of that position towards the left, when you're ready you will slide to the left, and hop up and look right. Once your mew gets caught on the ledge you spam jump, and do a mew-up.
