Adds the United States of America to the game.

Unique Trait: Coalition of the Willing - Military units starting next to those from Civilizations with an active Declaration of Friendship gain +15% Combat Strength against units of a common foe. Researching Radar allows your workers to build citadels on Oil Resources, claiming the tile.

Unique Unit: M1 Abrams - Unique Tank replacement, that is much stronger but also expansive to produce. +25% Combat Strength against other armoured units and has +1 Sight. Starts with Cover I.

Unique Building: Homeland Security - Replacement for the Police Station. Spies performing Counter surveillance buff the cities defense. +2% increased Espionage Resistance for every second Ideology tenet chosen.

It appears the Homeland Security building does not function properly. Building it wipes out the defense bonus from the Constabulary (probably not intended) so defense bonus becomes 15 (the presumed lower base) instead of 25+15 or 40. Further, once the 2% for ideology tenet comes into play, the 15 base is wiped out and one is left with say 6 (for three 2nd tier tenets) instead of 25+15+6=46. Trust this will be a straightforward fix.
