Yeah I finally got it today. I don't know why the ones that triggered it counted and not previous ones...

Weird, I've been doing them they just take a while, though I haven't done one since the patch before today's patch a moment ago. I know certain Void Horrors don't always count, most notoriously the ones that spawn from the "seal the gate" monoliths being a crapshoot if they'll count or not.

I was mostly taking a screenshot of this because the "Deaths of Void Horror" one is just bugged and not counting from anywhere in the Monoliths. Very frustrating.

These prophecies, the siege golem prophecies, and the giant scorpion prophecies take me the longest time to complete. Haven't figured out reliable places to hunt for them in the monoliths.
