The Bookseller

The shop sells a random assortment of books each time. It appears twice every season on random dates marked on the calendar.

Whenever the Bookseller is visiting, there will be a message saying "The Bookseller is in town today". It is open all day. The shopkeeper is called Marcello.
Books are expensive...
You will be needing a minumum of 102,000g to get only the books you need to buy.

If you want to buy all the books from the different available sellers, you would need a total of 193,000g.

You can get the Treasure appraisal guide from artifact troves; you know, those gold trinket boxes you crack open like geodes.

The trash book is found above the minecart next to Clint, you need a copper axe and steel pickaxe I believe.

Some books can be purchased from the NPC.
There is one in the dwelling where there are monster hunters, it is located as a gift in the room above the NPC. I don’t know how it turns out, I went into the house on an old save.
Knocked out one book from a "creeper" mob upon entering Vulcan.
