Welcome to the Horizon Festival, a heaven for Partygoes, Race fans, and Rev heads. This years Street Cuircut is the most challenging yet, and the competiion is high with racing superstars attending such as Ken Block, Seb Loeb and many more. You have been provided with a Citroen C4 to learn the track.
