The function of playing videos in the spire is implemented, and the code for video parsing all comes from gdx-video [github.com].

Simple usage:
AbstractDungeon.actionManager.addToBottom(new RunTopLevelEffectAction(new SimplePlayVideoEffect(videoFilePath)));

Note that the video file format needs to be webm.
