FIX: Mouse cursor stuck on HDMI or multiple monitors

This is a guide for people who have multiple monitors or are using HDMI and their mouse cursor gets stuck and are unable to move the mouse.
This bug seems to be only on HDMI and people with DVI or Display Port have no problem what so ever.

How to fix
  1. Downlaod the small program called "Dual Monitor Tools" from here:
    https://dualmonitortool.sourceforge.net/
  2. Go to "Cursor", "Sticky" and then "Lock cursor onto screen" as shown below:
  3. Select on change and set a custom key.
  4. Press the key before you go in the game.
You do not need to keep the program running.
Your mouse will not get stuck anymore.
