Video Player for Diplomacy Screens [3.11 - 3.12]

This mod allows for video files to be played in diplomacy event windows. Check the discussion section of the first 3.10 version for info on how to use the conversion script. This does not add anything by itself to the game, but instead is supposed to be a tool for other modders to use. Due to image size limitations of one of the used programs, video frame count is fixed, making this mainly useful for shorter videos.
