SeedsPlease: Lite - Seed Bench Restored & Retextured 1.4

Description
An add-on for SeedsPlease: Lite restoring the seed processing bench.
The original SeedsPlease: Lite restored bench mod texture is included in files made by CitizenKayne. Their 1.3 mod version here - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2604792119&searchtext=seed+bench

Just remove "extra-" from included original textures from 1.3 to use. Now only uses wood materials and only costs 30 materials to build.
The benches functionality remains the same as the seed spot included in SeedsPlease: Lite.
