This save file will save approximately 3 hours of your life if the notoriously buggy achievement "Circle is Complete" wasn't unlocked, it is a well-known problem but Bethesda and Id Software didn't address it even after 8 years since the release.

There are several theories. It seems like this started to happen after the update with the arcade mode, and (presumably) if your save is older than this update, then there will be trouble (I played at the release in 2016, and came back to "finish" the game in 2023). At the same time, I personally had no problems with the achievement with the LEVELING of all runes, but "Circle is Complete" was still locked. Of course, not everyone wants to replay nine levels to unlock one achievement, even on the easiest difficulty. So you don't have to waste your time, for I've already avenged you :)

1. Download the archive[disk.yandex.ru] and unpack it into the save directory (Users\XXXX\Saved games\id Software\DOOM\base) - replace your folders "savegame" and "savegame.user" with the ones in the archive.
2. Launch the game, enter the single-player mode and select the second slot (just in case, a screenshot, select this option). 3. Run to the last rune as shown in the video below and pass the challenge 4. Voila, the ill-fated achievement is unlocked!
