I tried to play this game with my GF and this is a tutorial with some things to improve your experience when you play Coop with anyone else

Even that being my favorite Resident is notable Capcom made a bunch of mistakes with the multi-player of this game and i gonna tell how i solve some of them

As you probably know, Online coop is only accessible in Raid Mode, the way i solve that to play with somebody that is far from me is using the application Parsec[parsec.app], its not perfect, and sometimes connection errors occur, but works well and i think you two will not have many problems as long you maintain a good internet connection



(I don't have tried Remote Play Together but i think its a nice way to solve it too)

For some strange reason the only way to splitscreen in this game is with 2 Controllers, but if your friend don't have a Controller here's a way to make him play with his Keyboard

‣First Install the Application called “Keyboard Splitter” (Link)[github.com]

‣After that install the .xml file called “rere2.xml” here (Link)[drive.google.com]

‣In the Keyboard Splitter click on Presets. After that, click on Import and select the “rere2.xml” file


Now you have the best preset i created with some equal inputs of the Keyboard version of the game, feel free to change it as you wish.

‣Click on Start

‣Enter your friend parsec

‣Click whatever button mapped on the Application (I suggest “Esc”)

Note: Uncheck the boxes Block Keyboards/Mice, the application work without them and i don't think its necessary. (If you start with the option marked you can click Ctrl 5 times to disable)

at this point probably it's already working

After all that fixes probably you will play the game Online, with a Controller and a Keyboard (or 2 Keyboards) and a Splitscreen that's is not ugly, congratulations.

You may have to solve some stuttering problems too but there's some guides and videos for fix that on the internet.
