Iit become self aware and killed 1 scientist and Algeria banned dell spencers from thier country so The dell spencer was transported to New york city by a cargo plane. When they landed The employees who made this dell spencer is good and carl is no longer self aware. We don't know how this sentry robot got self aware ther 2 reasons: 1 it got hacked:

Someone might hacked this dell spencer but we still don't know.

2 it's proberly a glitch:this is the most explined but i will keep it short. Yes it maybe.
