I am going to be fast, when you launch the game you had to select your external graphics and not integrated graphic in my case I chose my external graphic the first time i try to play but when i open the game, the game instantly closed, then I tried to play with the integrated graphics but appears the error that i mentioned in the title, literally the characters disappear and you can even know what is happening because you can see anything, to solve this issue you had to open NVIDIA control panel, choose 3D control configuration, and then setting program, you had to add the game in the option that allows you to do it also I will put some images to not get lost, after you add kill la kill if, you had to choose above your NVIDIA graphic and replace it from the option of the integrate graphic that will force the game to run it with your external graphic (do not forget to apply the changes you made in NVIDIA control panel) and the next time you try to open the game it should be work and be playable after doing what I told you - I hope you understand it and can enjoy this game bye
