Shiny Steel

Omschrijving
Patches steel so that objects made of it are much brighter in game. For anyone that is bothered by how hard steel and uranium items and furniture are to tell apart. Or who want their swords and armor to look bright and shiny as they should.

This mod only affects stuffable objects (anything colored by the material it is crafted from), like walls, furniture, melee weapons, and armor. Anything with a predetermined texture, like steel tiles, is unchanged.

FAQ

Q: What does this mod do?
A: It simply patches steel's stuffable color from RGB (105,105,105) to RGB (185,185,185), making it brighter in-game.

Q: Incompatibilities?
A: None that I know of.

Q: Too shiny?
A: Check out this edit by b0nes.

I made an edit of this mod here for players who liked the mod but found it just a tad too bright, but liked the lighter colour still. If you want me to take it down, just say the word.

I can't speak to anything that's not being made by me, but yes, all the Guns Galore mods will be receiving updates to 1.5 on April 13 when the DLC comes out.

There will be more packs. I'm waiting until 1.5/Anomaly DLC releases to release the next pack though.

What do you mean about Rimmu Nation and Guns Galore working together? I don't think there are any errors between the two.

Take the idea further -- on top of default materials, each planet generates ~5 unique materials with random stats
