Better Realms View - Updated

This is the updated version for 1.13. Fixed travel map as well as the map modes for Plagues, Legends, Court Languages, Economy, County Control, and Landless Rulers. Enjoy.

I will unlist the mod if the old mod dev merges my fix into their mod.

Old Description:
Remove terrain details when zoomed in, while using 'Realms' view. Makes the game look cleaner while zoomed in, and helped for performance on lower-tier hardware.
