How do I buy my own house in Akavir ?

You need to complete the quest “The Fisherman's Dream”, which you can start at Edogama Port after talking to the accountant at the Gold Coast Company office. After completing the quest, you will have the opportunity to order the construction of a house. The house itself appears as soon as you pay for its construction. There is no need to wait two weeks.
