Description

HES BACK AND BETTER THEN EVER!

This is a remake of my old TF2C Merc PM from awhile back, This version includes functioning eyes and fingers, and also better npcs (combine and rebel AI)
this version SHOULD NOT NEED TF2 to be mounted.

-NPCS for friends and enemys
-CUSTOM HATS
