TUTO : Add a small cannon

Example mod for new modders. Adds a copy of the base game's smallest cannon, and renames it 'Pyroacid (small)'. That's 'pyroacid_small' in the files.

Start by reading the mod.rules in your favorite code editor (Notepad++ and Visual Studio Code are free).
All the steps are in there and lead to this result. Then edit as you wish to do what you want. This is because if you just copy a part from the base game's file, it won't work.
