[AV] No blinking icons

This simple mini-mod gives the player additional settings to turn off the blinking/pulsing effects of overlay icons. As per mod-name, every blinking effect is turned off by default. Change it in the settings as you like.
No more eye pain from solar flares <3


I couldn't find any other mod that changes the effects of the overlay icons, so I did it myself. As far as I know, this is compatible with all other mods out there.

Yes, as long as they use the vanilla way to display them - otherwise no.
I'll not patch other mods - please ask the mod author instead.
Doing it with a harmony-patch from my side is possible but would be unstable should the other mod change something.
