If you can't join the online session and all you see is this message, follow the guide.
Step 1
  • Make sure you have the game turned off

  • Click the Start button in the lower left corner of Windows, type Credential Manager and press Enter

  • In the Credential Manager, click the "Windows Credentials" button.
Step 2
  • Find entries starting with "Xbl"
    Example: "Xbl|Device Key"
  • Select the expand button to the right of the entry
  • Select to "delete" entries
  • Delete all entries starting with "Xbl"
  • Please note that you may need to sign in to other apps again for this reason.
Step 3
  • Enter the game
  • Log in to your account
  • Enjoy the gameplay online
