Well in this section i will be talking about how dumb they are and some actual smart things they do sometimes.

Now one thing you should NEVER do is leave them with any form of explosive like rocket launchers and especially the Raptor helicopter as it seems to be their favorite in killing teammates.They also won't just fire those explosives at you because they also will fire them at other bots that are still on their team.You should Not get near any bot with a form of explosive. I promise it will keep your life safe for a lot of times when they pressed the trigger on your head.But, if you do want to use mods then you can just download the No Friendly Fire Mod so you can stay alive.

Talking about trigger on your head let's talk about how they can snipe you with a Bundle O' Buss from across the map. Now i would say to get the Mod that has AI snipers less accurate at farther distances.But if you don't want to use Mods you have no safety and Rick who is wielding a Bundle O' Buss will make your death counter rise.

Now bots unlike most real soldiers aim for the head. So if you are just sitting their be expected to see your weapon choices as you might have to switch them up to survive.You should always the Q and E leaning tools to fire as it seems you have to go a far enough way out for bots to rain hell down on you.They will also use the Q and E leaning tools but unlike them it is very easy to aim for the head during that.

Why would they do this you might ask. Well i think i know why. It is all the times you shot them in the leg to get that plane. Kicked them down a cliff for a prowler. Put a whole magazine in their forehead so you could drive off a cliff in a Car. That is why they do this team killing.

There are Five ways to control them.
1: The Squad Leader Kit
What this does is it basically your Hand Salutes which i will talk about later.Now all you do is you press your aim button and you get binoculars and you can press your fire button you send your men to go attack or walk to that position.
2: The Hand Salute
The Hand Salute is just where you press G (Default Key) and they attack. Not much to talk about.
3:The Map
Pressing B (Another Default Key) Shows you a map and if you have a squad (which you need for all of these) you can press a place on a map to have your squad move their or right click a flag area and have them attack it.
4: The Other Map
Pressing Enter and moving around your men by either drawing arrows for your men to move or pressing on a flag point to say to defend them.Now you can either press or not press the check list at the North West. This will either determine if it is a small mission, doesn't happen, or every one does it.
5: The Squad
Just press G (Default Key) and tell them to follow you.

Now the bots in Spec Ops go from dumb too smart.They are useless and helpless. They will start firing if they are spotted. In Spec Ops you have missions like neutralize comms officer, destroy ammo crates, eliminate flag position, neutralize infantry patrol, neutralize vehicle patrol, and destroy vehicle.

Sometimes i can walk through them and they don't care while other times i shoot them with a suppressed weapon and the second the body drops all of them are on me.
Now your teammates you should either do a few things.
1: Shoot Them
Just do it.
2:Have them attack the enemies
Relax and listen to the screams of Eagles and Ravens.

3: At the start move the balance towards Ravens if your Eagle and Ravens if your Raven. If you put it to the other team you get a lot more squad members.(This also works in most other Game modes).

Suppressed weapons. To me it looks like mostly vanilla suppressed weapons work the best and some modded weapons work a bit. Sometimes it works and other times it.... doesn't.You can use them but.. it might be nothing.The suppressed weapons do work a bit better after updates now though.I would say using them only if you know they work or your just roleplaying.

You can also use them as bullet shields.Sometimes they know when someone dies but they can just walk through their dead comrades like it is a normal activity.They will shoot flares if they see you and that will bring a Blackbird.

Or you can shoot your teammates and solve the mission.They can't witness the warcrimes you commit so always remember when you shoot them.

A list complied of weird things they do.

On maps like Archipelago some will just stay their and fire an RK-44 like a sniper.

Whenever they use melee weapons vanilla and modded as you can see in Haunted some attack you while others just crouch down.

Not that many weird things they do i could find but thats it.

The world of modded weapons and secret weapons is interesting as some of these weapons the bots can't use.
Weapons like Railgun ,Resistance Sword, and AA-AA they can't use. A lot of modded weapons are the same and can only be player use.

Another shorter section but i see the end and i'm tired of writing this.

The story mode isn't much different from Spec Ops but i will cover it.

First a lot of the bots have patters where they will walk and defend.Some will walk and talk to certain bots and some will group in specific places. But it is not that different from Spec Ops.Your teammates are also still utterly helpless and you can't shoot them this time.It also seems if you have modded skins you will have them and the enemies will have them. The enemies also will have your modded weapons. I don't think mutators that effect bots work.
